THE CHALLENGE
Innovation Thrives When Difference is Valued
It is well-documented that Neurodiverse individuals contribute to increased creativity and problem-solving. But that potential is lost when their cognitive resources become exhausted by masking and trying to 'fit in' to a world that wasn't designed for them.
By implementing the Valued Minds Model, either in corporate workplaces or academic classrooms, we can design our experiences with intentional inclusivity. We can create dynamics that lead to a greater sense of agency and belonging, creating new opportunities for innovation.

TESTIMONIAL
What Others Are Saying...
One highlight for me was the keynote focused on neurodivergence. The session was a powerful reminder that inclusive design is not simply about compliance or accommodation—it’s about recognizing the range of ways people think, process, create, and contribute. The keynote challenged us to consider how our learning environments, workplace practices, and leadership approaches can better support a full spectrum of cognitive strengths. It also underscored something central to our work: innovation thrives when varied perspectives are not just included, but valued.
